Beginning school is an important time for every child and their parents. At Woolsthorpe Primary School we believe a successful transition program for our Foundation (Prep) students is key to assisting your child in having a smooth transition to Primary School life. This is why we offer four tranistion sessions during Term 4 for your child to become familiar with school and form freindships with their classmates and teachers.
